How to Apply to the co.space
We are signing leases for 2027-28 (August 19, 2027 to August 15, 2028). Spots fill well before spring, so applying early gives you the best shot. Apply with a friend and you each receive a $200 gift card if accepted.
- Explore: Read about rent and life in the house, and check the FAQ.
- Tour: Book an in-person or video tour, or text us with questions.
- Apply online: Fill out the rental application. Note if you are applying with a friend or only need one semester.
- Chat with us: We set up a short conversation to get to know you and answer questions.
- Get accepted + sign: Once accepted, sign your 12-month lease and choose a deposit option (cash or Obligo).
- Meet the house: Join the winter meet-and-greet and roommate matching, then move in on August 19.
